The Build, Learn, Grow Building Wellness program is a shared employee assistance program for Indiana’s early care and education system, offering free, short-term counseling, legal and financial consultation, work-life assistance and crisis intervention services to early care and education and out-of-school time providers, their employees and their employees’ household family members or dependents. Services are free of charge, as needed, to qualifying individuals. The program is strictly confidential. Information about an individual’s participation in the program will not be shared with the person’s employer or with the state of Indiana.
